Barbara Linney addresses the 2023 WorldECR Forum in London and Washington, D.C.

Partner Barbara Linney spoke at The WorldECR Export Controls and Sanctions Forum 2023.

At the London conference, which ran Oct. 5-6, Linney presented on the topic “Walking the line: Sanctions, representation, compliance advice, and the rule of law."

At the Washington, D.C., conference, which ran Oct. 16-17, she spoke again about sanctions, representation and compliance, and gave a second presentation titled “Waivers, licenses and exceptions for medical and humanitarian goods.”
