Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) in the strategic acquisition of Williams Lea, a global provider of tech-enabled business services to financial, legal and professional services, from Advent international, L.P. RRD, a global provider of marketing, packaging, print and supply chain solutions, will strengthen and expand its Digital, Creative and Business Services segment with this acquisition, further cementing its standing as a transformation partner for business services and productivity solutions.
The acquisition was initially announced Dec. 20, 2024, and closed Jan. 31, 2025.
