Partner Jeff Diener leads a team that includes Partners Ormend Yeilding, Peter Fischer, John Lehrer, John Harrington, Robert Bittner, Michael Cortez, Kevin Bovard and Amy Bellman, as well as Associates Holly Forsberg, Shelby Shearon, Corey Parker, Zach Bernard, Katherine Gourley and Jessica Anderson, in the representation of the Six Senses Riverstone Estate, a wellness-focused resort and branded residences scheduled to open in western Pennsylvania’s Allegheny River Valley in 2028. It will join the Thailand-based brand’s initial mainland U.S. presence previously announced in Telluride, Colorado, Napa, California and along the South Carolina coast. The wellness-focused resort and residences will be situated on the historic Fox family estate, the land for which was purchased from William Penn in 1685.
