A team led by Partner Gary Alletag and Associate Macy Munz and including Partners Thomas Hogan, John Lehrer, William Pence, Ryan Pittman and Stefan Smith, Counsel Kristina Ramsey and Associate Jeffrey Liskov, advised CNOOC Holdings U.S.A. Inc. as it entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with INEOS Energy. The agreement involves the company’s upstream oil and gas business and assets in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, consisting primarily of non-operating interests in oil and gas projects.
