Partner Brian McEvoy will serve as Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s 10th Annual ABA White Collar Crime Institute, which takes place September 4-6, 2024, in Braselton, Georgia. McEvoy will also moderate the “U.S. Attorneys Roundtable – Significant National and Regional Developments,” which will include all three Georgia U.S. Attorneys and the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina addressing the white collar enforcement priorities in their districts.

Partner Jenna Solari will moderate a session on “Securities Fraud – New Priorities and Expectations.” This panel will examine the recent trends in securities enforcement, including the government’s agenda with respect to financial fraud generally and in the capital markets, SPACs, ESG disclosures.

The ABA Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute brings together experts from around the nation to discuss current topics of interest in white collar criminal enforcement. BakerHostetler is a lead sponsor of the conference.
