Partner Steven Goldberg led a team that included Partner Janis Penman and Associates Scott Kilian-Clark, Geoffrey Hainbach and Michael Greubel in the representation of President and CEO Benjamin Seidel, 50% owner of Real Hospitality Group, a hotel management company based in Ocean City, Maryland, in the sale of the business to Stonebridge Companies, a Denver-based privately-owned hotel management company. Seidel will join Stonebridge Companies as principal and a member of the company’s board of directors.
