The bipartisan Federal Policy team is led by former Republican Congressman Peter Roskam, who previously served for 12 years in the House, including as chairman of the Ways and Means Tax Policy Subcommittee during enactment of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in 2017. Former Democratic Congressman Heath Shuler also serves on the team as a senior advisor along with multiple former senior congressional staff.
