About Wochok’s practice
Wochok is a skilled tax attorney who regularly counsels an array of clients, including early-stage companies, large financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, tax-exempt entities, captive insurance companies, investment funds and sovereign wealth funds. He advises clients on domestic and international tax matters, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity investments and fund formation.
Wochok also has substantial experience advising clients on capital markets offerings, real estate transactions and financial products.
Wochok received his B.S. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University.
