BakerHostetler was recognized in the inaugural edition of World Intellectual Property Review’s USA Patent 2024 in both the non-contentious and contentious categories. The firm was ranked “Highly Recommended, Non-Contentious – Patents,” with Seattle IP leader and partner-in-charge Timothy Casey also receiving a “Highly Recommended, Non-Contentious” nod.

BakerHostetler was named “Recommended, Contentious – Patents,” with Robert Hails, Jason Hoffman, Jeffrey Lesovitz, Patent Litigation team co-chair, Software Industry team leader and Chicago partner-in-charge Leif Sigmond, and co-leader of the firm’s AI practice Theresa Weisenberger all receiving a “Highly Recommended, Contentious – Patents” ranking.
