Partners Carl Hittinger, Danyll Foix and Julian Perlman, along with Associates Jeffrey Liskov and Maria Luevano, authored an Aug. 25 Global Competition Review article titled "Antitrust scrutiny of US labour markets intensifies.”
The article looks at how the increased focus of U.S. government enforcers on labor practices has affected private litigation of labor market cases, including matters involving claims of wage fixing and challenges to no-poach and noncompete agreements, among other issues.
