Partner Ann Caresani will participate in two sessions at the National Center for Employee Ownership 2025 Annual Employee Ownership Conference, which will be held April 14-17, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
On April 15, Caresani will serve on a panel titled “What Every Sponsor, Fiduciary and Service Provider Needs to Know and Do About Cybersecurity,” while on April 16, she will speak on “Best-in-Class Board of Directors.” The annual conference provides an opportunity for companies to learn about the power of employee-owned companies, innovation and sustainable business practices.
