Partner Ann Caresani moderated several discussions during the Joint TE/GE Council Employee Plans Annual Meeting Feb. 22, 2024, at Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, Washington, D.C., including one with the Employee Benefits Security Administration and two with the Internal Revenue Service. Incorporated in 2012, the Joint TE/GE Council facilitates communication between the Internal Revenue Service and employee benefits practitioners. Caresani served as Co-Chair of this year’s meeting.
