Partner Alexander Reid will present during two sessions at the Philanthropy Southeast 55th Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, which runs November 13-15, 2024. The first event is titled “Public Policy Session: Getting Started on Your 2025 Advocacy Plan,” which will review the legislative and regulatory landscape in Washington, D.C., following the elections. The second session is “The ‘Fearless Fund’ Case, Affirmative Action & Philanthropy’s Future,” which will cover the end of affirmative action and race-based initiatives and the effect on programs supported by philanthropy. Both sessions are on Nov. 14.
