Bridget McCabe is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes and government investigations in jurisdictions across the country. A strategic client advocate, Bridget effectively manages cross-office teams in high-stakes matters, such as antitrust class actions and investigations, environmental-related disputes, Administrative Procedure Act challenges, trade secret matters and intellectual property litigation. She also counsels Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 clients on antitrust and competition issues.
Bridget is the Los Angeles Deputy Litigation Leader and a member of the firm’s Cartel and Government Antitrust Investigations Task Force and Energy Industry team. Bridget chairs the Los Angeles office Mentoring Committee and serves on the Los Angeles office Hiring Committee.
